NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – Chef Frances Tariga was born in the Philippines and grew up watching her grandmothers cook.
Now, she’s gone to cook for the royal family of Dubai and competed five times on television shows such as “Chopped,” “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Chopped.”
She founded Tadhana, a restaurant on the Lower East Side that serves dishes inspired by the many different regions and islands in the Philippines.
