You Only Live Twice
Ingredients:
- 2oz Amethyst Lemon/Cucumber/Serrano
- 1oz Martini & Rossi Floreale
- 3 heavy dashes of Champagne Vinegar
Directions:
- Stir, serve in coupe, express lemon oil from peel and discard, garnish with one olive
Raspberry Shrub
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces shrub
- 6 ounces club soda
- Raspberry garnish
- 1 cup IQF frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. granulated or superfine sugar
Directions:
- Add raspberries, water, vinegar, and sugar to a blender. Process on low until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer set over an airtight container, pressing down with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Let mixture settle, about 5 minutes. Spoon off and discard any foam from top.
- Store shrub, covered, in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
NA Yuzu Shandy
Ingredients:
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons yuzu juice (such as The Yuzu Co.)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces NA American-style lager (such as Miller High Life)
- 1/4 cup sparkling lemonade (such as Fever Tree Sicilian Sparkling Lemonade)
- Lemon wheels
Directions:
- Rim a highball glass generously with salt. Add yuzu and lemon juices to glass. Add ice, NA beer, and lemonade; stir gently, about 10 seconds. Garnish with lemon wheels, and serve.
